Summary:

Customer experience (or user experience), commonly known to as CX or UX, refers to the impression or experience the company and its brand leaves on the customer throughout their journey of experiencing the company’s product or service. CX can be viewed as how the company makes the customer feel while it delivers what the customer is buying. It should come as no surprise that the customer experience is often a driving factor in whether the company can attract new customers and attract existing ones. Some companies’ primary differentiator and competitive advantage comes from the experience they deliver for their customers.
